What is the wallet?

In Kannzz wallet, you can use the credit we refunded you to make online purchases.

Wallet balances can be used along with cash on delivery or credit cards if they do not cover the full order value.

Is it possible to add or delete my card information from my Kannzz account?

New payment card addition:

Any card you choose to pay with during checkout will be automatically stored against your account. The same card(s) can then be used for future orders.

Delete a payment card:

Login to your Kannzz profile.

Click on the 'My Orders' tab under your profile, then click on payment methods to see all your saved cards.

Delete your card from Kannzz by selecting 'Delete'.

Is it safe to store payment card information in my Kannzz account?

Kannzz will not be able to see your credit/debit card information. You can delete your card details from your Kannzz profile at any time.

All your card details are stored in your Kannzz profile just for convenience during checkout.

Is it possible to split my payment between my wallet and my credit card or cash on delivery?

Yes, of course. Your wallet credit can be used in conjunction with cash on delivery or a credit card to cover any difference between your wallet credit and the order value.

How is my wallet credited?

Kannzz wallets are credited only through refunds.

What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash payment is also available if you prefer not to make an online payment. There will be a carrier charge of 10 AED.

You will have to pay the amount specified during checkout. Based on the product's price, as well as shipping and carrier charges.

I paid with a debit/credit card, but got a refund in my Kannzz wallet. Can I get my refund on the same card I paid with?

All refunds are only available on Kannzz wallet.

What payment methods do you accept for online purchases?

For all credit and debit purchases, the billing address you entered on your website account must match. Please note that we accept payment in AED only.

That's right. Kannzz lists only brand new, authentic products.

What is the wish list?

You can add products to your wish list if you like an item but want to save it for later. Items can be added to your wish list by clicking on the "heart symbol" next to them.

What is the minimum order value?

No minimum order value when ordering from Kannzz.

Is it possible to track my order?

Once you've received an email confirming your order, you can check the status of the order by logging into your Kannzz account and clicking on "My Orders" > View the Order. Each product ordered will be listed, and by clicking on each, you can get its status.

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations by email or phone if your order has not yet been shipped.


I am unable to find the item I searched for. How should I proceed?

Is it possible to search for brands within a category?

Yes. All available brands of the product you're looking for will appear as a filter option on the left.

Is it possible to filter searches?

To find products of interest, use the search bar at the top of your web page.

Are there categories of products? How can I find them?

By clicking on the 3 dots next to the home symbol, you can view all our product categories, and you can also find them under the search bar.
