Warranty and Return Policy

A. These terms are applicable for products with/without warranty.

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window (5 days). 

Conditions for Returns:
1.If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window (5 days).
2.The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
3.The product must include the original box, original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
4.The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of KANNZZ packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
5. If the item is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with us. If the same item is not available with us, a refund will be issued.

Note: Returns on any other basis will not be accepted.

B. These terms are applicable for products with warranty.

Items eligible for warranty will be covered as per the purchased duration, 6 Months, 1 Year or 2 years starting from the date of delivery.

In presents of warranty claim, the buyer should deliver the item to Kannzz customer service in Dubai collection point.

In order to get warranty service, you need to print a copy of the original invoice to verify the serial number.

The warranty period cannot be extended or renewed if the product is repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty. 

If your item can't be repaired but it is still under our warranty, we will issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, you will be refunded in full.

To prevent any damage during transit, the customer should ensure that the item is packed in its original box or securely wrapped. If the packaging is not done properly, resulting in damage, then we cannot be held responsible for the damage and the item will be returned to the customer without a refund.
